Terms & Return policy
Dear customer, we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase at AnyOrigin. We offer a 14-day return and exchange right from the day you receive your package. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to read the following terms:
Standard shipping time in the EU is 4–9 business days depending on your location. Extended shipping times might occur due to external causes. AnyOrigin's handling time for orders is 1–3 business days.
Not picking up your package within the given time will cause an automated return to the sender with additional shipping costs. Therefore, AnyOrigin reserves the right to charge a 10€ return handling fee, which will be deducted from your refunded amount.
If you decide to return or exchange an item within the 14-day period after receiving it, please fill out the contact form (below) to receive the return address. Pack the items carefully in their original packaging and write or print the return address on top of the package clearly and visibly.
Please note that in the case of a return or exchange, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer (using your preferred shipping carrier). The customer is also responsible for the items while they are in transit.
In the case of an exchange, we will ship you the new item without any additional shipping costs. Kindly note that even though we try to restock regularly, some sizes might be temporarily unavailable, which can cause an extended exchange time (14–30 days).
Please note that all returned items are inspected. For a full refund, returned items need to be in the same condition as they were shipped. We only send inspected, new, and clean items. We value our customers' right to receive clean and brand-new products, so we hope you understand our policy.
Due to hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear (bikini sets/swimsuits) on top of your underwear, keeping the hygiene protection sticker on if provided.
OUTLET products may not have size variations in stock, so an exchange might not be possible.
By making a purchase on anyoriginshop.com, you accept these terms & return policy. Thank you for reading!
